All Sales are Final.  No returns or exchanges.  Orders that include personalized items will ship within 14 business days.  All other orders will ship withing 5 business days.  
If you feel we have made an error in your order, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.  You will be added to our email and snail mail list for specials and promotions. Please let us know if you would not like to receive emails or snail mail from us.
